Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): FREE on all orders.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping is not yet available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status through our website or the carrier's tracking page.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@birdwatchingshop.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
