Return Conditions
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- All accessories and components must be included
- Product must not show signs of excessive use or damage
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at support@birdwatchingshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased with a promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
